I have been to many wine tastings in my life and this was one of the bests. Not only did we tasted the wine by themselves; we also tasted them paired with a dish prepared by Geraldine which brought out the many attributes of the wines. In addition to the wine tasting we had a delicious dinner, learned a great deal about the wines and great conversation among those attending.”

The experience with Geraldine shopping and then cooking a typical French meal was one of the highlights of the trip. We forgot to get the recipes from her (she had them printed out). I know she was going to be on vacation for several weeks, but I was wondering if I could perhaps get her email and ask her to send the recipes
