Bonjour, I’m Timothée — wine expert and guide at Wine Domini (also Géraldine’s son), and a passionate explorer of the world of French Wines.

For as long as I can remember, wine has been a part of my life. My mother is an oenologist, and from a young age, she shared with me not only the taste of this remarkable drink, but its story — the vineyards, the people, the soil, and the centuries-old savoir-faire behind every bottle.

Our family once owned a vineyard in the heart of Champagne, and throughout each visit, I learned to appreciate the delicate art of creating the world’s most celebrated sparkling wine. These roots run deep, and over these past years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to assist my mother on her professional trips, meeting producers, tasting wines, and immersing myself even further into the country that shaped me.

I’m also WSET Level 3 certified, and fully bilingual — so I’m just as comfortable chatting about terroir in French as I am explaining the méthode champenoise in English. That international perspective allows me to connect with a wide range of wine lovers, from curious newcomers to seasoned enthusiasts.

My mission is simple: to take you off the beaten path and into the heart ofthe French countryside. Whether you’re a curious traveler or a passionate wine lover, I want to help you discover its richness — not just its iconic houses, but its hidden gems, its independent growers, and the unique stories behind each bottle.
