A sparkling night in Champagne
A full discovery of the sparkling and still wines from Champagne
As a native of Champagne, in a family of wine growers, every Sunday was the family lunch. It was out of question to drink something else than … champagnes. Instead of having just a single style, like we mostly do, my Dad was always pairing a specific champagne on each part of the meal. Don’t forget, Champagne isn’t only about sparkling, we also produce excellent still red wines made of Pinot Noir, called Côteaux Champenois.
The evening will be fully dedicated to the Champagne region with a typical traditional meal – the famous Pôtée champenoise, the local cheeses and to finish with, the biscuit rose.
