Great wine tasting!
Geraldine, wine expert and owner of Wine Domini, invited myself and a small group into her lovely Parisian apartment for a wine tasting…classic verses natural french wine. The evening was a lot of fun. We learned the difference between the classic process of wine making versus the organic and natural process. We got to taste the difference and understand how to pair each with food. Geraldine served a beautiful dinner to accompany the wine tasting experience. She is extremely knowledgable and fully bilingual. I highly recommend Geraldine for a tasting or a day trip to a neighboring wine region. She’s a delight.

Fantastic experience!
From Champagne to Bordeaux, each wine was thoughtfully explained. Learning about the first nose and how to discount what you don’t smell to best determine what you do smell was interesting. The process of swirling the wine around your mouth, breathing out, and then waiting for your taste buds to take off was also enlightening. Previous to the tasting we thought it was all about the grape, HA, not at all the case with French wines. Geraldine is delightful, very knowledgable and has a good sense of humor. . Doing the wine tasting at her place, in a true Parisian apartment was unique and the selection of wines, directly from her personal cellar was excellent!
